This morning Jessica and I discussed establishing ourselves in the faith of Jesus Christ, reading Colossians 1:23 and 2:7.
"If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;" (Colossians 1:23)
"Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving." (Colossians 2:7)
We spoke about a term business marketing "established in 1938" or some year. It is makes us think of a well-established culture and function life. I pondered the phrase, "If you continue in faith grounded and settled," interpreting it as a promise. If you continue in the faith, you will be grounded and settled in the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is a good promise for people that are new to the Gospel. Just continue in the faith, and you will become established in the faith as a tree, obtaining all the characteristics listed above.
Jessica then brought up that the verse is not a complete sentence. A lot of Paul's letters are hard to understand because the language is not translated well in English to function well. I would make each verse a complete sentence.
At work I completed most of the analysis of the Kingspan inventory and the remainder of the exterior insulation to do, finding that it we are only able to use just barely over fifty percent of the cut extra pieces. The Kingspan situation is complicated. I used to make cut tickets, but a project engineer did not trust in the drawings, having the foreman measure all the mullion bays for the panels. I don't know what will work best. I believe that only one condition would not follow the drawings because the drawings did not consider some of the hardware of the glazing system.
Trevor got me a free product key for Final Fantasy 14, the MMORPG, from Alienware. He has been waiting for someone to play with. I am downloading it now.
